Semperit Achieves Profitable Growth in First Half of 2026

Semperit AG Holding reported a significant growth in profitability for the first half of 2026. Revenue increased by 11.1% to EUR 355.9 million, while EBITDA more than doubled to EUR 66.6 million, reflecting a strong performance across both divisions. The EBITDA margin rose to 18.7%, and earnings after tax turned positive, reaching EUR 28.6 million.

Strong operational execution and increased sales volumes underpinned this success. Despite geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainties, Semperit expects an improvement in its annual operating EBITDA, revising its forecast to approximately EUR 100 million.

The company maintains a solid financial position, with an equity ratio of 49.5% and increased liquidity reserves at EUR 106.5 million. Free cash flow more than doubled to EUR 30.4 million, supporting potential growth investments moving forward.
