Semperit Extends CIO Gerfried Eder's Term Until 2029

Vienna, December 11, 2025 – Semperit AG Holding has announced the extension of CIO Gerfried Eder's tenure on the Executive Board. The Supervisory Board has extended his term by three years, ensuring his role continues until June 30, 2029.

Gerfried Eder, part of Semperit since 2000, joined the Executive Board on July 1, 2023. He oversees the Industrial Applications (SIA) division, focusing on hydraulic and industrial hoses and profiles, among other responsibilities. The extension highlights the company’s commitment to growth and stability.

Cord Prinzhorn, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, praises Eder for his dedication and efficiency. Eder emphasizes the importance of innovation and customer value in maintaining Semperit's market position. The Executive Board also includes CEO Manfred Stanek and CFO Helmut Sorger.
