SFC Energy AG Secures CAD 5 Million Order for Clean Energy Solutions

SFC Energy AG has received a significant follow-up order worth over CAD 5 million from a long-standing Canadian Government customer. This order involves supplying EFOY fuel cells and various SFC power solutions, including an option for a two-year extension. The customer is a Canadian Government Research and Technology Organisation focused on clean energy.

The EFOY Pro Hybrid Power Shelter, a key component of the order, utilizes methanol fuel cell technology. It blends solar panels and wind turbines in a 20-foot container, capable of autonomously generating 500 W of continuous power for up to 18 months. This solution is ideal for remote and extreme weather conditions, particularly in northern Canada.

SFC's CEO, Dr. Peter Podesser, emphasized the strong partnership with this customer, noting the growing scale of orders over the years. The company's fuel cell technology has demonstrated reliability and effectiveness, boosting this collaboration.
