SFC Energy Unveils Next-Gen Tactical Fuel Cell Systems at SOF Week

SFC Energy AG has introduced its latest portable tactical fuel cell systems during SOF Week in Tampa. The new generation focuses on enhancing power output, connectivity, and user-friendliness. Built on direct methanol fuel cell technology, the JENNY series systems support up to 100 watts or 2,400 watt-hours, doubling the power of previous models.

The innovative design maintains a compact form, integrating the fuel cell and battery for easy transport in a backpack. Emphasizing connectivity, the systems offer interfaces for seamless integration with tactical devices. A dedicated app allows users to monitor battery status and power settings efficiently.

These advancements cater to heightened demands in defense and public safety, providing silent, emission-free energy solutions. Manufacturing will continue in Germany and India, with plans for U.S. production. This evolution underscores SFC's commitment to leading fuel cell technology in challenging environments.
