Postponement of the publication of Showroomprivé's half-year results
The Showroomprivé group, specializing in online flash sales, has announced the postponement of the publication of its 2026 half-year results. Initially scheduled for September 24, the results will be published no later than September 30, 2026.
This delay is due to a revision of the financial projections. The company anticipates difficulties in meeting the bank covenant regarding 2026 annual EBITDA, following weak household consumption and the available operational data. A thorough review of the situation is underway by the Board of Directors. This postponement aims to allow for a detailed analysis of the implications and challenges related to these projections.
