Showroomprivé Faces Decline in 2025 Despite Marketplace Growth

Showroomprivé reported a 10.3% drop in gross merchandise volume (GMV) and a 12.2% decline in revenue for the first nine months of 2025 compared to 2024. The third quarter showed some improvement, with GMV decreasing by 6.6% and revenue by 9.3% compared to the previous year. Despite these declines, the company's marketplace experienced notable growth, with a 57.7% increase in GMV.

The Fashion division was particularly affected, showing an 18.2% drop in GMV. Home and Beauty divisions also faced declines of 15.9% and 14.9%, respectively. The Bradery, a subsidiary poised for sale, performed well, with a 21.2% increase in GMV.

Looking forward, the migration of Showroomprive.com to Shopify in 2026 is expected to enhance platform capabilities. The group continues its efforts to optimize costs and improve inventory management. International revenue decreased by 13.9% due to challenges in Fashion and Home offerings.
