SRP Groupe, trading as SHOWROOMPRIVE, has released its share capital and voting rights figures as of July 31, 2026. The company's share capital is set at €4,761,871.68. As of that date, the company had a total of 119,046,792 shares outstanding.
The total number of gross voting rights amounts to 157,100,414. This figure, calculated according to the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, includes the theoretical voting rights attached to all shares, even those deprived of voting rights.
