Showroomprivé sells its stake in The Bradery
On December 4, 2025, Showroomprivé, a major player in flash sales, signed an agreement to sell its 52.75% stake in The Bradery to founders Timothée Linyer and Edouard Caraco. This transaction follows a letter of intent issued on October 15, 2025.
The transaction, totaling 22 million euros, includes an initial payment of 19 million euros at closing and a 3 million euro vendor loan repayable between 2027 and 2029. The interim dividend of 1 million euros has already been received by Showroomprivé.
This sale, to be finalized by December 31, 2025, should strengthen the group's financial structure, allowing it to focus on strategic value-creating projects.
