Showroomprivé's General Meeting Postponed

The Showroomprivé group has announced the postponement of its general meeting for the 2024 financial year, which will be held before March 31, 2026. The Bobigny Commercial Court has granted an extension of the legal deadline for holding this meeting.

This decision is linked to the ongoing strategic review process, which began in the second quarter of 2025 and has not yet resulted in a precise valuation of certain assets. Consequently, the consolidated financial statements could not be finalized, also delaying the publication of the universal registration document.
