SRP Group Announces its Voting Rights and Shares
SRP Groupe, a public limited company located in La Plaine Saint-Denis, has published details regarding its share capital and voting rights. As of April 30, 2026, the share capital consisted of 119,046,792 shares. The number of gross voting rights was 157,416,189.
These figures include all shares, even those without voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This exercise fulfills the transparency and information requirements imposed by current regulations.
