Change in Siegfried's Management Team

Siegfried AG, a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) for the pharmaceutical industry, has announced the appointment of Christina Del Vecchio as the new Chief Legal Officer and member of the Executive Committee. This appointment will take effect no later than November 1, 2026.

Christina Del Vecchio comes with a wealth of international legal expertise and governance experience, particularly from the US and Europe. Her previous role was Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at PolyPeptide Group AG. Christina's background includes working in listed company settings, handling capital markets, and managing complex cross-border regulatory issues. She holds degrees from Columbia Law School and the University of Florida and is a member of the New York Bar.

Christina succeeds Luca Dalla Torre, who is leaving Siegfried after 14 years to pursue new opportunities. The company expressed gratitude for Luca’s significant contributions and dedication during his tenure. CEO Marcel Imwinkelried warmly welcomed Christina, citing her extensive expertise as a valuable addition to the team.
