Siegfried AG Announces CFO Transition

Siegfried AG, a global player in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, announced a key leadership change. Tania Micki will take over as Chief Financial Officer starting July 1, 2026, succeeding Reto Suter after his nine-year tenure. This change is part of a planned succession strategy aimed at maintaining business continuity and growth.

Chairman Andreas Casutt and CEO Marcel Imwinkelried expressed confidence in Micki's capabilities, emphasizing her extensive experience in finance and business operations. Her previous roles include CFO at Tecan Group AG and leadership positions at Sulzer, Monsanto, and Gate Group.
