SIG Group AG Concludes 2026 Annual General Meeting

The 2026 Annual General Meeting of SIG Group AG took place on April 16, 2026, at the company's headquarters in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland. During the meeting, a representation of approximately 65% of SIG's share capital was in attendance, either in person or by proxy. Shareholders voted in favor of most proposals presented by the Board of Directors, except for the advisory vote on the 2025 Compensation Report.
