Silver Spruce Completes Deal for Full Ownership of Jackie Project

Silver Spruce Resources Inc. announced the signing of an amending agreement with Colibri Resource Corporation to acquire the remaining 50% interest in the Jackie Gold-Silver Project, located in Sonora, Mexico. This transaction enables Silver Spruce to own 100% of the project, enhancing its strategic focus on early-stage assets.

In exchange for Colibri's stake, Silver Spruce will issue 166,667 common shares and a 1% Net Smelter Return royalty. The acquisition aligns with the company's goal of creating shareholder value through exploration and strategic partnerships. The project has yielded promising early-stage results, with rock chip samples showing gold up to 9.65 g/t and silver up to 514 g/t.

Silver Spruce plans to conduct detailed geological mapping, trenching, and a 1,000-2,000-meter drill program to further explore the site. The environmental report submission to SEMARNAT will follow to secure exploration permits.
