Silver Spruce Resources Announces Share Consolidation
Silver Spruce Resources Inc. has announced the implementation of a share consolidation effective October 31, 2025. This decision follows approval from the annual general meeting held in November 2024. The consolidation will adjust every fifteen pre-Consolidation shares into one post-Consolidation share.
No fractional shares will be issued; shares equating to 0.5 or more will be rounded to one whole post-Consolidation share. The new shares will trade under the same symbol "SSE" on the TSX Venture Exchange with a new CUSIP and ISIN. Trading is expected to commence on or about November 4, 2025.
Shareholders will receive instructions for exchanging their share certificates. Following the consolidation, the number of outstanding shares will decrease from 324,152,832 to approximately 21,610,188. Further details are available in the management information circular on SEDAR+.
