Silver Spruce Resources, Inc. Appoints Lisa Ng to Board of Directors

Silver Spruce Resources, Inc., based in Bedford, has announced the appointment of Lisa Ng as an independent Director to its Board. Ng brings extensive experience from her role as an independent Director at Eastern Platinum Limited. Her career spans over 25 years across various sectors including mining, IT, biotech, and insurance. Notably, she has held executive roles at Nevada Copper Corp. and American Bonanza Gold Corp.

In addition to her board appointment, Ng will join Silver Spruce's audit committee. The company has granted her 200,000 stock options, allowing acquisition of common shares at 12 cents each over five years. These options come under the company's stock option plan. Silver Spruce continues to expand its board expertise with this strategic appointment.
