Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd. Launches CAD $1.5 Million Private Placement

Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd. has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to CAD $1.5 million. The company plans to offer up to 10,000,000 units at a price of CAD $0.15 per unit. These units comprise one common share and half a non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant allows the purchase of an additional share at CAD $0.25 up to 36 months after issuance.

The offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and could be expanded with their consent. Funds will primarily support drilling at the Skarn target in Mexico and general capital needs. Participating company insiders might undergo a "related party transaction" but are exempt from certain valuation and approval requirements.
