SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Completes Successful AGM

SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG held a successful Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2025, in Frankfurt am Main. The meeting reported a 28.0% attendance of the voting share capital, with all agenda items receiving the required majorities.

Notably, Dr. Wolfhard Leichnitz stepped down from the Supervisory Board after years of service, making way for Mr. Frank Averdung, who was elected with 99.9% support. Subsequently, Dr. Changfeng Tu was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Markus Ehret, Executive Board Member, expressed gratitude to Dr. Leichnitz for his contributions and welcomed Mr. Averdung. With a strong background in semiconductors and solar technology, Averdung is expected to influence SINGULUS' strategic direction significantly.
