Sintana Energy Raises $11.5 Million in Fundraise

Sintana Energy Inc. announced it has raised a gross total of $11.5 million through a recent fundraise. This fundraise was conducted via the Placing and Subscription method, resulting in the issuance of 38,001,253 new common shares at an issue price of 22.5 pence per share on AIM and C$0.41 per share on the TSXV.

The fundraising effort involved institutional and other investors, including contributions from company insiders, Robert Bose and Eytan Uliel. These actions resulted in a 13.5% discount to AIM's market price as of May 14, 2026. Additionally, the fundraise is subject to conditions such as regulatory approvals from the TSXV.

This capital injection aligns with Sintana's strategic goals, supporting exploration activities in Namibia and Angola, among others. Sintana has outlined plans involving TotalEnergies and other operators, slated for 2026-2027.
