Sirma Group Holding JSC: Share Buyback Program Update
Sirma Group Holding JSC disclosed transactions under its ongoing share buyback program between 18 June 2026 and 25 June 2026. During this period, Sirma acquired a total of 11,125 ordinary registered shares for EUR 9,054.40, with a volume-weighted average price of EUR 0.8139 per share. All transactions adhered to the price and volume conditions set out in Articles 3 and 4 of the Share Buyback Regulation.
The transactions, executed by Elana Trading AD, took place on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia AD. No shares were acquired at a price higher than the last independent trade or the highest current independent bid.
The buyback program, authorized to acquire up to 100,000 shares, has so far completed 11.13% of its volume. The program is set to continue until 31 July 2026, allowing for suspension or resumption as per legal requirements.
