Skeena Resources Makes Strategic Investment in TDG Gold Corp

Skeena Resources Limited has announced a strategic investment in TDG Gold Corp to advance the Greater Shasta-Newberry project in British Columbia. This project is near a recent discovery by Freeport-McMoRan and Amarc Resources, highlighting its potential. The investment aligns with Skeena's strategy of targeting geologically promising projects.

The company plans to purchase 22 million TDG common shares, along with selling the Sofia Property and a payment of C$7 million. This will give Skeena a 13% stake in TDG. The transaction is expected to close by February 14, 2025, pending customary conditions.

Walter Coles, Executive Chairman of Skeena, emphasized the significance of this investment due to its proximity to high-grade discoveries. The investment is part of Skeena's commitment to supporting early-stage exploration efforts.
