ATHA Energy Secures $20 Million Financing for Uranium Project
ATHA Energy Corp has announced a $20 million private placement financing through Queen's Road Capital Investment Ltd. This financing involves unsecured convertible debentures and includes an option for QRC to purchase an additional $20 million in debentures. The funds are earmarked for the exploration of the Angilak Uranium Project in Nunavut, Canada.
The debentures offer a 12% annual interest rate, partially payable in shares. QRC's involvement signifies confidence in ATHA's exploration efforts, particularly following significant uranium discoveries at the Angikuni Basin.
