Sky Gold Reports Significant Gold Discoveries in Ontario

Sky Gold Corp. has announced significant findings from its geochemical sampling at the Consolidated Shebandowan project in Northwestern Ontario. The sampling, involving 10-kilogram collections from the southwestern portion of the property, confirmed particulate gold grains in basal-till samples. This initiative aimed to verify results of a similar survey by Mingold Resources in 1990.

The property spans 10,487 hectares, located near historical mining sites. Highlight results include clusters of anomalous sites revealing up to 46 gold grains per sample. These sites correlate with geological structures conducive to orogenic gold deposition. A second cluster aligns with the Tinto Fault, suggesting a valuable bedrock source.

Data indicate potential for magmatic nickel and volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits. The upcoming field season will focus on rock sampling, trenching, and diamond drilling by late summer 2025.
