Smart Good Things postpones the publication of its 2024 annual report
Smart Good Things Holding has announced the postponement of the publication of its annual report for the 2024 financial year. Initially scheduled for April 29, 2025, the company now expects to finalize the accounts by May 30, 2025. This delay results from a delay in closing the accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2024.
Serge Bueno, Chairman of the Board of Directors, made this decision in agreement with the Board of Directors. Furthermore, the company was informed by Grant Thornton of their termination of their mandate as statutory auditors. Their mandate will end at the general meeting of shareholders for the 2024 financial year. A new statutory auditor will be proposed at this meeting.
