Novem Group Reports a 5.6% Decline in Revenue for FY 2025/26

Novem Group S.A. has confirmed its preliminary financial results for the fiscal year 2025/26, showing a revenue decline of 5.6% to €510.9 million. This decrease comes amid challenging market conditions. The company's adjusted EBIT fell by 35% to €31.8 million, reflecting the pressures on profitability.

However, Novem’s free cash flow increased significantly, up 68.9% from the previous year to reach €48.1 million. In response to existing facilities agreement conditions, the Management Board will propose not distributing a dividend for FY 2025/26. This decision may extend into the following financial year.

Benjamin Retzer, CFO, noted the company's strengthened financial position, attributing it to the extension of an existing term loan, which aids in managing the capital structure effectively.
