Novem Group S.A.: AGM Approves All Agenda Items

On 20 August 2026, Novem Group S.A. held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Luxembourg where shareholders approved all agenda items by a large majority. The AGM was attended by representatives of 89.0% of the voting share capital. A major decision was the approval, based on the Management Board’s proposal, to withhold dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2025/26. This decision aligns with April 2026 facilities agreement terms, which impose specific conditions on dividend payouts during the agreement period.
