Snowline Gold Expands Leadership Team, Appoints VP Engineering and CFO

Snowline Gold Corp., based in Vancouver, announces notable expansions to its management team. Victor Vdovin, MBA, P.Eng., joins as Vice President of Engineering, while Lauren McDougall, CPA, CMA, steps in as Chief Financial Officer. This change marks the transition of Matthew Roma, who will leave the role but remain a consultant during the handover.

CEO Scott Berdahl expressed gratitude to Roma for his contributions, highlighting the company's transformation into a leading junior explorer and developer under his tenure. Berdahl welcomes Vdovin and McDougall, emphasizing their significant expertise as the company advances in developing its Valley gold deposit in the Rogue Project.

In support of these appointments, Snowline has granted 175,000 restricted share units and 300,000 stock options to its officers. The company's strategic plans continue as it explores its flagship Valley deposit, part of its 100%-owned Rogue Project in Canada's Yukon Territory.
