Ordinary General Meeting of the Société des Bains de Mer

Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) is inviting its shareholders to an Ordinary General Meeting on September 19, 2025, in Monaco. Items on the agenda include the approval of the statutory and consolidated financial statements for the 2024/2025 financial year, the distribution of a dividend of €1.80 per share, and the renewal of Fabrice Larue's term as director.

Shareholders will also vote on share buyback authorizations and transactions between directors and the company. The buyback program proposes a limit of 5% of the share capital, with a ceiling of €130 per share and a budget of €40 million. This authorization is valid for 18 months.
