Ordinary General Meeting of the Société des Bains de Mer: Results and Outlook
On September 19, 2025, the shareholders of Société des Bains de Mer met at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel for their Ordinary General Meeting. At this meeting, all proposed resolutions were adopted.
Consolidated revenue for the 2024/2025 financial year reached €768 million, an increase of 9%. Hotel revenue increased by 16% to €399.9 million, driven by restaurant openings and higher occupancy rates. Rental revenue also increased by 11%, while gaming revenue decreased by 3%.
The General Meeting approved a dividend of €1.80 per share, the renewal of Mr. Fabrice Larue's term of office, and the authorization to buy back shares. For 2025/2026, revenue shows positive momentum, although the gaming business remains uncertain.
