The Société des Bains de Mer is convening its General Assemblies

Société des Bains de Mer (SBM) will hold an Ordinary General Meeting on September 18, 2026, at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort in Monaco. Shareholders will deliberate on various matters, including the approval of the company and consolidated financial statements for the 2025/2026 fiscal year, as well as the allocation of a profit of €571.4 million. The re-election of a director and the appointment of auditors are also on the agenda. A share buyback authorization, limited to 5% of the share capital, will be submitted to a vote.

An Extraordinary General Meeting will then be held to discuss the extension of the company's duration and the amendment of the articles of association.
