Sodexo is showcasing its chefs at the Cook for Change competition
On March 24, 2026, Sodexo celebrated its Cook for Change sustainable culinary competition in London. This fourth edition brought together nine finalists from eight countries, aiming to reward culinary creativity and commitment. The judging panel included renowned figures such as Frédéric Anton and Anna Haugh. The finalists presented creative, healthy, and environmentally friendly dishes.
The main prize was awarded to Robert Janse of the Netherlands for his "Miso-Smoked Kohlrabi". The innovation prize went to Gordon Carberry, while Randall Prudden received an award for his large-scale impact.
The competition illustrates Sodexo's commitment to sustainable food, in partnership with its clients. Thierry Delaporte, CEO, highlighted Sodexo's ability to offer culinary solutions that combine taste and sustainability.
