Sodexo Promotes Sustainable Food with Cook for Change!
On March 24, 2026, in London, Sodexo will bring together nine finalist chefs for the Grand Finale of its sustainable culinary competition, Cook for Change!. This event highlights the company's efforts to promote healthy and environmentally responsible cuisine. The participants, from eight countries, will present plant-based creations, showcasing both their talent and Sodexo's commitment. In partnership with the Rational Group, the competition has attracted more than 500 chefs worldwide.
Thierry Delaporte, CEO of Sodexo, stated that food is a key driver of the company's positive impact and client performance. The finalists' dishes, which will also be streamed live on YouTube, emphasize taste, seasonality, and reducing carbon footprint. The competition aims to transform institutional food service by inspiring environmentally responsible practices.
