Morgan Stanley's threshold crossing at SOITEC
On May 29, 2026, Morgan Stanley's stake in SOITEC fell below the 5% threshold. The company now holds 4.49% of the share capital, representing 1,606,797 shares and 3.54% of the voting rights. This change resulted from an off-market sale of shares.
The details of the shareholdings are distributed among its subsidiaries: Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Prime Dealer Services Corp., Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC, Morgan Stanley Bank, NA and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC. The company retains the right to recall certain shares through recall rights agreements.
Equity swap and retail structured product contracts are also in place, which may affect these positions until 2027.
