Thresholds crossed by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations at SOITEC

The Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) recently announced that it had crossed two significant thresholds in SOITEC's share capital and voting rights. On June 2, 2026, through CDC Croissance, Bpifrance Participations SA, and CNP Assurances, the CDC exceeded 15% of SOITEC's share capital and 20% of its voting rights. This threshold is primarily due to shares held by CNP Assurances as collateral.

Despite these thresholds, the CDC does not anticipate any intention of acquiring or taking control of SOITEC. No shareholder agreement has been reached, and the CDC is not considering any strategy or active participation in SOITEC. No request to sit on the board of directors is planned.

CDC asserts that its actions do not result from concert with other entities such as CDC Croissance, Bpifrance Participations or CNP Assurances.
