Solocal Reports Slight Drop in Q1 2025 Revenue
Solocal announced a 0.5% decrease in Q1 2025 revenue, totaling €82.9 million. The integration of Regicom contributed €11.0 million, yet revenue declined 13.7% on a like-for-like basis due to weak commercial performance. Despite the revenue dip, the order backlog improved to €215.8 million by March 31, a 3% increase from the previous quarter.
CEO Maurice Lévy emphasized the group's ongoing transformation, focusing on a revamped commercial approach and new product offerings. These initiatives aim to stabilize revenue and improve EBITDA margins to 15% by year-end.
The company's strategic projects include a new sales structure, a website range launch, and the future transformation into a European Company. Confirmed objectives for 2025 include revenue stability and intensified cost control.
