Acquisition of Aurexia by Sopra Steria

On May 2, 2025, Sopra Steria, a major player in the European technology sector, completed the acquisition of Aurexia, a management consulting firm specializing in financial services. This acquisition is part of Sopra Steria's strategy to expand its management consulting activities, with the objective of doubling their size by 2028. The company aims to generate more than 12% of its revenue from this segment by that date.

Aurexia, with its 140 consultants, strengthens Sopra Steria Next's services, bringing the total number of consultants in the financial services sector to more than 400 in France. This strategic operation aims to strengthen Sopra Steria's presence with major French financial institutions and expand its expertise in this industry.
