SouthGobi Sets Date for Special Shareholder Meeting

SouthGobi Resources Ltd. announced the date for its extraordinary general meeting. The Special Meeting will occur on August 27, 2026, in Vancouver, marking an important event for shareholders. The company also set the record date for determining eligible shareholders as July 8, 2026. Those listed in the company register by this date can attend and vote at the Special Meeting.

Shareholders must submit relevant documents to TSX Trust Company or Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by August 25, 2026. The notice and agenda for the Special Meeting will be provided in due course.

SouthGobi is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, operating the Ovoot Tolgoi coal mine in Mongolia. It sells coal to Chinese customers.
