World-Famous Chefs to Crown the Next Global Gastronomy Star

The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition Grand Finale will take place in Milan on October 28 and 29, marking the conclusion of a two-year global challenge. Young chefs from 55 countries and 15 regions will compete, aiming to win not solely by showcasing their skills but by embodying creativity, passion, and purpose.
