SonicStrategy Expands Holdings and Launches Institutional Validator

Spetz Inc., operating as SonicStrategy, has increased its stake in the Sonic blockchain ecosystem by acquiring an additional 2 million S tokens. This acquisition brings its total holdings to over 6 million tokens. The company spent approximately $1.5 million CAD on this purchase, along with 3.7 BTC, as part of its long-term strategy.

SonicStrategy has also launched its first institutional-grade validator on the Sonic blockchain. This validator will contribute to the blockchain's transaction processing and network security, offering yield rewards. The company aims to generate stable revenue by enabling other token holders to delegate to its validator.

The launch coincides with plans to expand into DeFi strategies, potentially increasing portfolio yields to 20%. SonicStrategy aims to close a $10 million financing round by June 18, 2025.
