Springer Nature CFO Alexandra Dambeck to Depart by 2026 End

Springer Nature AG & Co. KGaA has announced that their Chief Financial Officer, Alexandra Dambeck, will exit the company by the end of 2026. Dambeck has chosen to step down to pursue a new external opportunity. Her specific departure date, occurring in the fourth quarter, will be confirmed later. The process to find and appoint her successor is ongoing.
