Star Copper Corp. has finalized the effective date for its spin-out arrangement concerning the Okeover project. Scheduled for May 9, 2025, the plan will see Star Copper shareholders receiving new common shares and fractional Spinco shares of Alpha Copper Corp. Shareholders recorded by May 8, will be entitled to these shares.
This arrangement involves Star Copper divesting its 100% interest in the Okeover copper-molybdenum project. The transfer agent, Computershare Investor Services Inc., will manage the share distribution process.
