Starwood European Real Estate Finance Announces Ninth Capital Distribution

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd (SWEF) has announced a correction to the redemption price from £.09638 to £0.9638 for its Ninth Capital Distribution. This update follows the release of the initial announcement on October 23, 2025.

The board is pleased to confirm a distribution of £25 million, enabled by the full repayment of a UK hospital loan investment received in October 2025. This distribution will occur through a compulsory partial redemption of shares at the adjusted price, reflecting the last published NAV per share.

Approximately 32.36% of the company's issued share capital will be redeemed. Redemption payments are scheduled for October 29, 2025, with changes to the ISIN effective October 28, 2025.

Chairman John Whittle expressed satisfaction with the progress, noting that three loan investments remain, two with low-risk profiles.
