Sterling Metals Completes $14 Million Private Placement for Soo Copper Project Advancement

Sterling Metals Corp. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising $14 million. This was achieved through the issuance of 5,244,517 units at $1.50 each and 2,666,662 charity flow-through units at $2.30 each. This financing will accelerate the Soo Copper Project in Ontario.

The company's CEO, Mathew Wilson, expressed gratitude to investors, noting that these funds place Sterling in a favorable position to further develop the copper project. The funds will primarily support drilling activities, with significant work completed during the summer-fall program. A winter program is in preparation.

The transaction involved insiders, qualifying as a related party transaction under TSX Venture rules. Proceeds will support ongoing exploration expenses and the advancement of Canadian exploration projects.
