Sterling Metals Reports Significant Copper Findings at Soo Copper Project

Sterling Metals Corp. has reported new assay results from its MEPS Zone at the Soo Copper Project in Ontario. Drill hole SC-26-13 intersected 445 meters of mineralization grading 0.40% CuEq, including a substantial 203 meters at 0.51% CuEq. Notably, high-grade intervals were observed, with 16.25 meters at 2.31% CuEq and 9.50 meters at 2.34% CuEq.

The drilling highlights the presence of near-surface copper mineralization in association with felsic GFP porphyry sills and strong copper intervals in hydrothermal breccia zones. This extends the copper mineralization east from previous findings at hole SC-26-10 and indicates a horizontally continuous deposit.

The results from SC-26-13 underscore the potential for significant, high-grade copper resources at the project, which remains open to exploration. Over 17,000 meters have been drilled as part of Sterling's ongoing 20,000-meter campaign.
