STIF: Declaration of voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2026
On September 2, 2026, STIF published statistics relating to its share capital, in accordance with Articles L 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF Regulation. As of August 31, 2026, the group held 5,135,455 shares, corresponding to 7,749,431 theoretical voting rights and 7,744,478 actual voting rights.
Founded in 1984, STIF specializes in industrial explosion protection. Its expertise covers both material handling equipment for bulk materials and explosion protection for industrial dust and battery energy storage systems. The family-owned company, with nearly 400 employees and five factories worldwide, aims to strengthen its position in the industrial safety sector.
