STIF: Update of voting rights and share capital as of September 30, 2026
The STIF Group has published its share capital figures as of September 30, 2026. The company, which specializes in industrial explosion protection, reports a share capital of 5,135,455 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights is 7,749,445, while the actual number is 7,746,929.
Founded in 1984, STIF specializes in material handling equipment for bulk materials and explosion protection. Since 2022, it has also been involved in the safety of battery energy storage systems. With nearly 400 employees and five factories worldwide, STIF aims to play a major role in industrial and energy safety internationally.
