Appointment to the Supervisory Board of STMicroelectronics
At its Annual General Meeting held in Amsterdam, STMicroelectronics announced the appointment of Mr. Armando Varricchio as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, with Mr. Nicolas Dufourcq as Vice Chairman. These appointments, effective for three years, will expire at the close of the 2029 Annual General Meeting.
