STMicroelectronics unveils resolutions for the 2026 Annual General Meeting
STMicroelectronics, a major player in semiconductors, has published the proposed resolutions for its Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place in Amsterdam on May 27, 2026. Among the decisions are the approval of the 2025 annual accounts in accordance with IFRS standards and the payment of a dividend of US$0.36 per share, distributed quarterly.
The renewal of Mr. Frédéric Sanchez's term on the Supervisory Board for three years is included. The proposals also include authorizations for the issuance and repurchase of shares. A discharge is proposed for the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board. The deadline for shareholders to register is April 29, 2026.
