JB Hi-Fi adopts Vusion technologies to modernize its stores

Australian electronics retailer JB Hi-Fi has announced a partnership with Vusion to digitally transform its stores. Having already tested and deployed Vusion solutions in New Zealand, JB Hi-Fi will now extend this initiative across Australia. This development aims to strengthen the company's connected store strategy while maintaining its unique brand identity.

The Vusion platform makes it easier for in-store teams to access enriched product information, reducing manual tasks. This includes data on available models, financing options, and consistent information across sales channels. According to Cameron Trainor, Director of JB Hi-Fi Australia, the goal is to improve in-store efficiency and service.

By integrating Vusion with Cisco Meraki, JB Hi-Fi plans simplified connectivity, thus limiting the costs and environmental footprint associated with its technological deployment.
