Vuesion finalizes the acquisition of In-Store Media to strengthen its digital retail media presence
On October 29, 2026, Vusion, a leader in digital solutions for physical retail, confirmed the acquisition of In-Store Media (ISM). This transaction, announced in July 2026, has received the necessary approvals. Financed by a €200 million loan, the agreement includes extension options. Based in Barcelona, ISM specializes in in-store advertising and operates in nine countries. Vusion aims to strengthen retail media, which currently represents less than 3% of total investment. This merger will allow for better audience targeting and increase brand confidence in advertising investment. ISM will participate in Vusion's Capital Markets Day on November 18, 2026, in Paris.
